The “New” Chateau Napa – Napa, California – Working closely with the property owners, Valued Places developed a proposal in which The Chateau could realize its potential as a world class, 4-Star resort hotel in the Napa region. The final entitlements and construction of the project are based on the masterplan created by the Valued Places design team. With the expertise of the Valued Places business development services, a hotel operator and financial provider have been matched with the property owners to develop the project. The value of the property has tripled as a result of the vision put forth by Valued Places. The total phase one cost of the combined resort and meetings facilities is estimated to be $75 million.
